NyxMsg is a platform that allows users to create anonymous message boards and share unique links with others. Visitors can send anonymous messages to the board creator without revealing their identity.

NyxMsg does not pre-screen messages. However, we reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users are responsible for the messages they create and receive through the platform.
5. Data and Expiration
Boards and their associated messages are automatically deleted after the expiration period set by the board creator. NyxMsg is not responsible for data loss due to expiration or user-initiated deletion.
6. Limitation of Liability
NyxMsg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NyxMsg at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the revision date on this page when changes are made.
